What is not allowed in The Cave?

We take security very seriously and do not allow the following items into the venue:

  • Weapons of any kind including but not limited to: firearms, knives, chains, nunchucks or anything security feels can be used as a weapon.
  • No selfie sticks
  • No backpacks of any kind or oversized bags (includes purses in some cases).
  • No illegal substances
  • No mace
  • No professional photography gear unless prior arrangements are made with the tour manager or The Cave management
  • No Flash Photography

Before any guests are allowed into The Cave you will have to pass 2 security searches. The first search is a metal detecting wand and the second is a search of purses and/or bags and/or jackets.

This is not because we want to violate your rights, but we want to keep a safe environment for you to enjoy music.   If any of the items above are found, security will simply ask you to return it to your vehicle. If you do not have a way to secure the item, security will confiscate the item and dispose of or secure the item for you.

If you have any problems, please contact someone in the box office or a member of the security staff. No Professional photography gear unless other specified by the tour manager.

What does an average night look like at The Cave?

Under most circumstances we open the doors at 6:30 PM, the opening act start playing at 7:30 PM and the headlining act takes the stage between 8:30 – 9 PM. The show is usually over between 10:30 – 11 PM unless the bands are feeling the crowd and decide to play longer.

That is MOST circumstances…not every show runs on time because bands have a lot of equipment to get unloaded, set up and adjusted! Plus we have to make sure the sound is on point 🙂
