Moonshine Bandits at The Cave!

By |February 25th, 2016|Categories: All Ages, Country, Shows, The Cave|Tags: |Comments Off on Moonshine Bandits at The Cave!

Don’t call it hick-hop — not unless you want a squint-eyed glare and a little (playful) attitude from Moonshine Bandits.

Sure, intense rhymes spin through parts of Blacked Out, the latest and greatest album to date from MSB, a.k.a. Bird and Tex, two good ol’ boys from California’s Central Valley. But there’s a lot more than that in their 100-proof grooves. Crunchy guitar, Southern rock swagger — hell, there’s even some vocal harmony in the mix.

You see, long before people figured out that country and rap had a lot in common, Bird and Tex were blending these styles and pouring other influences into the mix. The result was a highly flammable combination, so daring that most of those who heard it couldn’t figure out how to react.

Hollywood U2 at The Cave!

By |February 25th, 2016|Categories: All Ages, Classic Rock, Shows, The Cave, Tribute Act|Tags: |Comments Off on Hollywood U2 at The Cave!

Based in Los Angeles, Hollywood U2 is the World’s Greatest U2 Tribute Band.

Hollywood U2 is the most authentic tribute to U2. Bono Approved, lead singer Joe Hier sang live on stage with Bono and U2 on their recent i.e Tour.
They performed in front of millions for Mark Cuban and Ryan Seacrest’s network television show on AXS.tv “The World’s Greatest Tribute Bands” and made history on the show by being the first band ever to be invited back for a second extended live TV performance.

Bono himself said that Joe Hier was the split of him, and that he had a beautiful voice. A tribute band cannot receive higher praise then that of the band it pays tribute to.

As U2 fans themselves it’s important for them to pay tribute to U2’s Iconic tours with the accuracy and heart the music deserves.  They perform songs that span U2’s 30+ year career.

Roger Clyne & the Peacemakers at The Cave!

By |February 23rd, 2016|Categories: All Ages, Rock, Shows, The Cave|Tags: |Comments Off on Roger Clyne & the Peacemakers at The Cave!

Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers are musical beacons of the Southwest. Over the last fifteen years, the Arizona-based quartet has delivered vivid lyrics, addictive guitar riffs, and a full-bodied rhythm section on more than a dozen studio and live albums. The Independent marks the group’s newest release and seventh studio effort, which raises a metaphorical glass to the road less traveled and champions the courageous.

After landing in the top ten of Billboard’s Internet Sales Chart for six consecutive albums—all on independent labels and twice at number one—RCPM is poised to lead the charge for a Spanish-infused, roots rock revolution. The band’s annual music festival in Rocky Point, Mexico, known as Circus Mexicus, is a testament to their growing fan base. What began as a rooftop show thrown together with extension cords and wooden pallets has blossomed into a pilgrimage that draws thousands of “Peacemakers” to the beach town every June. “There’s something about our music that celebrates what’s uniting versus what’s dividing,” says Clyne.

Irony played an integral role […]

About Shwayze

Since 2008, Shwayze and the summer season have become synonymous. With the Billboard Top 20 hits ‘Buzzin” and ‘Corona and Lime,’ people have fallen in love with Shwayze’s breezy melodies and his smooth rhymes. In July of this year, Shwayze will be releasing his next project, appropriately titled King of the Summer.

Shwayze released his self-titled debut album in 2008 through Geffen/Suretone Records, which debuted at #10 on the Billboard Charts and was #3 on Billboard’s Rap Album Chart. The album was the first of many collaborations with songwriter/producer Cisco Adler. The hit single off the album ‘Buzzin,’ gained worldwide popularity and inspired the MTV show of the same name. The hit show documented Shwayze’s comical misadventures as he navigated his way through the music industry and made a name for himself.

Following the success of their first album, Shwayze and Cisco released two more albums together; 2009’s edgy, […]

Point Break Live at The Cave

By |January 18th, 2016|Categories: All Ages, Event, The Cave||Comments Off on Point Break Live at The Cave

Point Break Live!, the live-action stage show that thrilled audiences and critics for over 5 years, is returning to L.A. for a special, limited engagement featuring the original cast!

Hailed as “So over the top you can’t stop laughing!” by LA Weekly and “About the most dead-on dose of hilarity to ever be on stage!” by LA.com, Point Break Live! is a spoof of the 1991 blockbuster classic starring Patrick Swayze as Bodhi, the Zen-surfing leader of a gang of bank robbing adrenaline junkies called the Ex-Presidents, and Keanu Reeves as Johnny Utah, an ex-college football star turned undercover FBI Agent.

But the best part? YOU CAN BE KEANU!!! That’s right — at each performance the lead role (Johnny Utah) is played by an unrehearsed volunteer chosen directly from the crowd and voted for by the rest of the audience. One of the many […]
